At Bridal Form, customer satisfaction and hygiene standards are equally important to us. As our products include intimate apparel and innerwear categories, specific cancellation and refund conditions apply.

By placing an order with Bridal Form, customers agree to the terms outlined below.


 

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be requested for cancellation before dispatch confirmation.

However:

  • cancellation requests are not guaranteed
  • orders already processed, packed, or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation
 

Bridal Form reserves the sole right to approve or reject cancellation requests.

 


 

Cancellation by Bridal Form

Bridal Form reserves the right to cancel orders under circumstances including but not limited to:

  • stock unavailability
  • pricing errors
  • payment verification issues
  • suspected fraudulent transactions
  • incomplete customer information
  • operational limitations
 

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed for the amount received.

 


 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following situations:

  • incorrect product delivered
  • verified manufacturing defect
  • product damaged during transit
  • duplicate payment transaction
 

All claims are subject to internal review and verification.

 


 

Non-Refundable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • washed products
  • used garments
  • products without original tags or packaging
  • sale or discounted products
  • customized or altered items

Bridal Form reserves the right to deny refund claims that do not meet hygiene or verification standards.

 


 

Refund Request Timeline

Customers must report any eligible issue within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

  • order number
  • clear product photographs
  • packaging images
  • detailed issue description
 

Claims submitted after the allowed reporting period may not be considered.

 


 

Product Inspection & Approval

All refund or return requests are subject to product inspection and approval by the Bridal Form team.

Approval of a refund request does not automatically guarantee full reimbursement.

Bridal Form reserves the right to:

  • reject incomplete claims
  • request additional information
  • refuse claims lacking sufficient proof
  • determine eligibility at its sole discretion
 

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping Charges

Shipping, handling, COD fees, convenience charges, or other service-related charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue occurred solely due to an error from Bridal Form.

Bridal Form does not guarantee replacement availability for all products or sizes.

 


 

Limitation of Liability

Bridal Form’s maximum liability for any approved claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the concerned product.

Under no circumstances shall Bridal Form, its owners, management, employees, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage or delayed services.

Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of the latest policy version.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and innerwear products, Bridal Form follows strict hygiene and safety standards.

 

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used products
  • Washed garments
  • Innerwear with removed tags
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Customized or altered products

 

Eligible Returns
